3 years of experience in HR roles (personnel administration, generalist, employee support)
Advanced English (required)
Basic knowledge of payroll and Mexican Labor Law (preferred)
Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Self-driven, proactive, analytical thinker with attention to detail
