Position Summary:
The EHS Training Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining all environmental, health and safety training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role partners with leadership, EHS teams, and employees to build a strong safety culture through effective training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver EHS training programs tailored to automotive manufacturing processes, including:
+ Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
+ Machine guarding and robotics safety
+ Powered industrial trucks (forklift certification)
+ Fall Protection/Prevention
+ Hazard communication (Hazard Communication/GHS)
+ Confined space entry
+ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
