**What you’ll do:**

The primary function of this role is to lead EHS management initiatives to ensure compliance with the MESH system requirements. This role will coach and support the team in strengthening EHS capabilities in alignment with both Taiwan regulatory requirements and Eaton’s MESH standards. It is responsible for planning, deploying, and executing MESH programs to continuously improve EHS performance. Additionally, this role will proactively identify, manage, and communicate EHS risks to all stakeholders, ensuring prevention of potential issues and upholding Eaton’s commitment to conducting business the right way.

Develop, deploy, and promote occupational safety and health management programs, and provide guidance to relevant departments for effective implementation.
