THE ROLE
Working proactively with managers and leadership to establish and maintain safe systems of work, and a safe environment for colleagues
Utilising management system policies and procedures, including risk assessment, accident prevention, health initiatives and acknowledged personal responsibility
Ensuring that Process safety risks are adequately assessed and controlled
Providing EHS approval for new and revised Safety Critical Standard Operating Procedures across all operations areas including Engineering
Implementing and maintaining an incident reporting system
Complying with relevant environmental permits and trade consents and submit environmental returns
Promote minimisation of waste and waste costs
Establish and maintain EHS procedures and standards...
