As the Plant Environmental, Health & Safety Manager at our Kansas City, KS plant, you will report to the Site Environmental Health and Safety Manager and partner with employees and leaders to build and sustain a strong safety culture. You will help prevent workplace injuries and illnesses by implementing occupational safety and health standards, delivering effective safety training, and developing programs that proactively identify and eliminate workplace hazards.
In this role, you will lead site environmental programs, co‑chair the Natural Resource Conservation Center of Excellence, and supervise shift EHS Technicians. You will take an active role in managing workplace health, safety, and environmental risks and ensuring the facility remains compliant with all applicable regulations.
