Provide Leadership in the fields of Health, Safety & Environmental controls for all site personnel in order to meet HSE, regulatory and Glanbia requirements.
Define & deliver strategies aligned to site & company goals to improve safety and safety compliance to drive value to the business.
Responsible for the design, specification, implementation and ongoing maintenance of relevant processes, systems & projects to deliver performance improvement in key EHS KPIs.
Drive a high level of engagement to Operational Teams and collaborating functions aligned to Glanbia’s Values and manage and support site safety training & auditing to continuously improve EHS standards.
