Position Overview

Shaw Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Training & Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. This combined role will lead both the development and execution of training systems and the oversight of plant-level EHS compliance and culture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

+ Collaborate with plant leadership to create and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with facility goals.
