Job Title: EHS Manager
Job Description
The EHS Manager leads field safety for complex commercial construction projects across NYC and NJ, with a strong focus on scaffolding, hoisting, and high-rise access systems. This role oversees regulatory compliance, drives a proactive safety culture, and serves as the primary safety authority on job sites, ensuring safe execution of work and protection of workers, clients, and the public.
Responsibilities

+ Act as the primary safety leader in the field, supporting branch operations across NYC job sites and surrounding areas.

+ Lead safety execution for scaffold systems, material and personnel hoists, and suspended access systems on commercial and high-rise construction projects.

+ Exercise authority to stop work when unsafe conditions exist and ensure corrective actions occur before work resumes.

+ Ensure compliance with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) Chapter 33 and applicable OSHA, DOT, MSHA, EPA, ...
