Position Overview
Responsibilities
Lead and drive site EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) programs in line with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement EHS plans, initiatives, and resource allocation to support safe and compliant operations.
Oversee risk assessments and hazard identification activities across manufacturing processes, equipment, chemicals, and operations.
Ensure effective implementation of risk control measures, corrective actions, and accident prevention programs.
Manage customer, regulatory, and certification audits, serving as the main EHS point of contact.
Lead investigation of incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain and improve EHS management systems in compliance with standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Ensure compliance with local EHS regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
