Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Coordination

+ Coordinate and schedule employee training, including regulatory, refresher, and job-specific qualification training.

+ Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and requalification schedules within the LMS and related databases.

+ Monitor training completion and address overdue or upcoming training requirements.

+ Partner with SMEs to develop, update, and distribute training materials aligned with current procedures and regulatory standards.
