Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive health and safety management systems aligned with OSHA 1994, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
Establish and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and Safe Work Instructions for all manufacturing processes and high-risk activities.
Create and implement permit-to-work systems for confined space entry, hot work, working at height, electrical work, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Design and execute emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, fire safety protocols, and conduct regular emergency drills.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure safety performance.
Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
Conduct comprehensive Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) for all work processes, equipment, and manufacturing activities.
