Position Overview
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities at the construction site to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and organizational standards. The role aims to achieve a zero-harm workplace and promote a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific EHS plans, procedures, and policies.Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, standards, and contract requirements.Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) for all activities.Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices across the site.Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting, working at height, confined space, excavation, etc.Maintain all statutory registers, permits, and licenses.
