Detailed Overview

Performs various electroneurophysiological tests including EEG tests, and Evoked Potential Studies and evaluates test results and provides test information for interpretation by the medical staff. Responsible for the daily operation of the service which includes supply and equipment maintenance, maintenance of procedure manual and workload measurement. Responsibilities Conducts and records EEG and Evoked Potentials on patients by performing duties such as operating a variety of digital equipment, calibrating and adjusting equipment during test processes and taking appropriate measurements from test data produced in order to demonstrate whether abnormalities exist. Formulates technical preliminary reports by performing duties such as analyzing recordings, measuring numerical data, describing abnormal manifestations and forwarding calculations to the Supervisor Electroencephalographer for diagnosis.
