We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an
Operations Quality Specialist (Associate, Specialist, Senior) .
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives to support operational customs clearance service objectives
Close collaboration with operational teams in different regions and with departments like Engineering, Compliance and Network
Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards
Lead or support cross-regional and cross-functional projects
What Do You Bring With You
Bachelor degree and very good English
Demonstrated proactivity and capability to influence change
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
