Position Overview

                    Summary  m2r Education are working with this training and development company who provide a range of public services, including employment support, skills training, independent living, prison education. In addition, they are recognised as being one of the Top 25 Education and Training providers to work for.
  We are looking to recruit an Education Manager to lead and manage the Prison Education Framework to maximise contract performance, deliver quality provision and exceed the expectations of partners and learners. 
 Role:
 Developing the curriculum in line with needs of the prison population, local labour market and employers.
 Ensuring quality assirance and quality improvement process and procedures are in place and that they develop and sustain a culture of continuous service improvement.
