About the Role
To Comply with all Farm Fresh work instructions on production/butchery related activities and to ensure proper workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all production/butchery activities as per the Operation Procedures and team leader instructions.
- Slicing/Cutting/Calibration activities/Deboning of Chicken & Meat Products.
- Calibration of products ensuring maximum yield and minimum wastage as per product specifications.
- Complete butchery task effectively within the given period and based on production orders.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and long hours and at working environments with lower temperature (15 degrees) when required.
- Identify problems as they arise informing Shift Supervisor of deviations or when unfamiliar with situations.
- Perform any other assignments as required by the Production Supervisor.
