Position Overview

We are seeking an Ecosystem Architect to unify our Pre‑Sales and Customer Success engines under one cohesive, high‑performance strategy.

The Role

The Pre‑Sales & Customer Success Director will be the definitive technical authority for our region. You will bridge the gap between complex enterprise sales cycles and long‑term SaaS adoption. Leading a high‑performing regional team of 10+ Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers, you will standardize technical playbooks, drive adoption during our critical SaaS transition, and ensure we exceed our Net Retention Rate (NRR) targets.
