Systems Limited is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist. This role is part of Marketing – New Categories and is responsible for managing the operations of MEC Ecommerce.

As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will work with other members of our Ecommerce Operations team to maintain and run day to day operations of our ecommerce sites in APMEA WEST markets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technical teams regarding the stability of the websites, raise any technical challenges to IDT team and follow-up resolution.
• Manage the operations between the distributors & fulfillment agencies.
• Follow up on orders to ensure consumer satisfaction.
• Escalate any issue related to delayed orders from Consumers to Relevant Stakeholders (ie, consumer directly contacting customer care or status showing order as delayed).
• Maintain an adequate stock level for E-Com to avoid any OOS situation.
