Responsibilities Manage and own the 6-month marketing calendar, including all product launches and retail promotions. Develop conversion-focused creative briefs for the internal design team. Write sharp, direct-response copy for ads, headlines, and promotional messaging. Interpret Meta ad performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR) and translate insights into immediate creative action. Coordinate website updates, email marketing broadcasts, and in-store promotional rollouts. Plan and manage photography and videography shoots, including logistics and creative direction.
