Mô tả công việc: Job Description- Assist the Director in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with B2C consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels to reach out to B2C customers.
- Make sure the website content is up-to-date and precise.
- Make monthly report from existing Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
- Manage the company tours and listing on E-commerce and third-party partners#39; websites.
- Taking care of B2C customers and handling all requests that come from the company website and E-commerce to convert B2C leads to customers.
- Be open to other tasks requested by the Director.
