About the Role

The eCommerce Consultant supports the end‑to‑end creation, delivery, and optimisation of customer experience (CX) toolboxes across markets. This role focuses on operational execution, market coordination, and ensuring high‑quality activation aligned with strategic direction set by senior CX leadership. The consultant will work closely with markets, eCommerce leads, UX, agencies, and internal teams to ensure toolboxes are implemented consistently, accurately, and effectively.
