Ecommerce and CRM Manager - Beauty

A fantastic role has come up with a fantastic beauty business who is looking for an Ecommerce and CRM Manager paying up to £70,000 plus 10% Bonus. It is 2 to 3 days per week in the office.

The role will manage the DTC website and CRM systems, overseeing trading, strategy, and operations to drive sales and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include managing eCommerce trading, promotions, product listings, and stock alignment, as well as executing CRM strategies for customer acquisition and retention. The role also focuses on site experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams (, brand marketing, operations), and ensuring seamless communication and performance reporting. 

You will have experience in eCommerce and CRM, expertise in platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo, and strong analytical and project management skills.
