Weekends Only:
Eligibility: ECMO Coordinators in inpatient settings with 24/7 scheduling are included.
0.9 FTE would work two 12-hour shifts on the weekend and one additional shift during the week.
Compensation: Team member will receive an additional $10 per hour plus their base pay.
If the RN ECMO Coordinator is a full-time (3)12s a week team member , the stipend will apply to the two shifts on the weekend and not on the third weekday shift. This $10 per hour will be combined with shift differentials as well as other special codes.
Scheduling: ECMO Coordinator will be required to work 48 out of 52 weekends per calendar year. Weekends are defined as Friday and Saturday night for night shift. Team member can request up to 48 hours of PTO on their weekend shifts as well as 48 hours of exchanging a weekend shift for a weekday shift, for a total of 96 hours โoffโ of the weekend requirement....
