Position Overview
•Handle inbound calls and respond to online enquiries from prospective students
• Follow up on leads and convert interest into course bookings using Salesforce
• Manage outbound calls to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
• Engage with leads across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE, etc.)
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and future students
• Create and manage organic content on EBS Phuket’s local social media channels
