Join Sienna as an HR Business Partner in the East GTA region, supporting retirement residences with a hybrid work model requiring on-site presence three times weekly. Enhance HR operations and staff engagement.
Working within the Aspira Retirement Division, this vital role oversees HR needs for 6 to 7 residences. Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partner, you’ll handle inquiries, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives. This position is designed to drive change and develop effective HR policies for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
