Early Years Teaching Assistant - Stafford - Start Date: September 2026

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools supporting their busy Early Years foundation Stage team. You'll be working on a temporary basis, through a trusted and established supply agency.

We are looking for an individual who has a friendly and caring nature and has a genuine passion for working and supporting children on a daily basis. You must be an organised, reliable and hardworking individual who can work from their own initiative but also as a team player who contributes to the greater community of school and school life.

The role includes:

Providing support to children & staff on a daily basis within the Early Years setting.
To collaborate and work alongside the class teacher to create plans on how to adapt and suit the needs of all children within an EYFS classroom.
