Hourly Rate: £18.34 - £18.85 per hour. Please describe your previous experience of actively contributing to the planning and co-ordination of programmes of learning in an Early Years Establishment. What skills, abilities and experience do you have that would enable you to effectively communicate with children, parents/carers and team members and outside agencies? Please describe how you would support a child with distressed behaviours. Appointable candidates will be required to work on a temporary basis covering short or long term cover requirements within Early Learning and Childcare establishments.
