Essential Criteria

• Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Early Years and Childcare.
• At least 2 years’ experience of working in an Early Years setting in a management/leadership role.
• GCSE qualification in English and Maths grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Experience and sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and statutory Ofsted guidance.
• As a minimum to have received Basic Awareness of Child Protection and Safeguarding Children training.
