Early Years Teaching Assistant at Academics

We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Early Years Teaching Assistant at Academics. This role involves working as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality, integrated care and education in a Children’s Centre, part of a larger Primary School.

Qualifications Required:

* A Level 2 CACHE qualification is essential.
* A Level 3 CACHE qualification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

* Collaborating with other room leaders to create engaging learning opportunities.
* Planning and preparing activities based on observations and children’s interests.
* Supporting children’s development, fostering independence, and implementing care routines.
