Reporting to our Manager of Early Talent, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for early career talent across internships, co-ops, and entry-level roles for our Finance and Research & Development divisions. You will partner closely with business leaders, universities, and student organizations to build diverse early talent pipelines while delivering an engaging and inclusive candidate experience.

This role can be based in Omaha, NE or Chicago, IL.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Lead end-to-end recruiting for early career programs, including internships and entry-level roles, from workforce planning through offer acceptance
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and external partners
