Job description: As an NQS Partner at Goodstart Early Learning, you'll facilitate our Internal Assessment and Rating Process working across your managed state/region which will support centres develop a deeper understanding and confidence to embed the National Quality Framework. After each visit, you will complete a detailed report to assist each centre on their continuous improvement journey to understand how their centre aligns with the ECEC legislation and National Quality Standards.

Your expertise and guidance will play a vital role in creating meaningful and better outcomes for children.

This is a hybrid role. Expect around 3–4 days per week at centres, with the rest spent on report writing, analysis, and collaboration with the broader quality team.
