You'll be supporting the full lifecycle of early careers recruitment, ensuring graduates, interns, and apprentices have a seamless and engaging journey.
Things to know: 
Job Title: Early Careers Recruitment Co-ordinator
Salary: Up to £45k - depending on experience
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Working pattern: Full-time - 5 days onsite - 40 hours per week, scheduled to ensure team coverage between 8:30am and 6:30pm at all times
Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment for graduate, apprentice, and internship hiring.
Work closely with our recruitment agency partner on hiring strategies.
