• Design and execute the early careers strategy across internal early‑career talent and external early‑career pipelines (graduates, interns and other relevant entry pathways)
• Build structured development programs (rotations, mentoring, learning pathways)
• Partner with HR Business Leaders in each country to align early‑career plans to workforce needs and local context
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on sourcing and employer branding for early talent
