Be part of shaping extraordinary talent strategies! We're looking for a passionate Early Career and Talent Pipeline Lead to build and accelerate a strong early‑career talent pipeline for the East Asia zone that supports the organization’s long‑term workforce and leadership needs.
What will you do: - Design and execute the early careers strategy across internal early‑career talent and external early‑career pipelines (graduates, interns and other relevant entry pathways)
- Build structured development programs (rotations, mentoring, learning pathways)
- Partner with HR Business Leaders in each country to align early‑career plans to workforce needs and local context
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on sourcing and employer branding for early talent
- Coach early‑career talent and the ecosystem around them through 1:1 coaching, cohort learning facilitation, and manager enablement (e.g., onboarding, rotations, development miles...
