Position Overview
The E-Merchandising and Content Lead oversees day‑to‑day content operations and authoring for Tiffany & Co. websites across Asia Pacific, ensuring accurate, timely, localized content. The role supports A/B testing and optimization, enhances product presentation and on‑site discovery, and works cross‑functionally with Communications, PR, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Client Relations.
Responsibilities Content Management - Execute day‑to‑day site content updates based on campaign and business priorities: partner with Content Briefers, receive campaign content, build pages/modules in the CMS, coordinate translations and local feedback, implement QA, publish content, perform post‑launch fixes, and optimize.
