e-Discovery Litigation Law Clerk (Contract)
Salary: Up to $85K
Key Responsibilities
Assisting Lawyers with all aspects of the document collection, processing, review and production processes;Organizes complex, multi-party construction files;Coordinates, reviews and interprets required evidence;Reviews witness testimony;Review documents and prepare chronologies;Drafts lists of documents, correspondence, and/or pleadings;Coordinates examinations for discovery and trial dates;Prepares all necessary court applications;Executes title searches or other necessary legal research;Use litigation support and eDiscovery software (Relativity) to support legal work;Assist through mediation, arbitration, and litigation process;Transcript review and preparing undertaking chart...
