In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service through email, live chat, and phone calls . You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandari n (spoken and written) and English.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work on rotational shift s, including weekends and public holidays.
• Based in Johor or willing to relocate.
