Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of BIOTA’s e-commerce channels including web stores and third-party marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize online sales performance and customer engagement.
- Create and update product listings, monitor product availability, and ensure accurate representation of products online.
- Analyze sales data and traffic metrics to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to synchronize promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in e-commerce or online sales management, preferably in technology or consumer electronics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Tokopedia, Shopee, or similar.
