eCommerce Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and growth of AKI's Consumer division’s FMCG portfolio across all strategic third-party online marketplaces and Q-Commerce platforms. This role is crucial for driving sales, maximizing visibility, and ensuring operational excellence on platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Noon Minutes, Tmart, Careem Quick, El Grocer and similar regional/global channels.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations across all assigned platforms (Amazon, Noon, Careem Quick, etc.).
• Oversee the integrity of the product catalog, including bulk uploads, managing SKUs, ensuring accurate pricing, and maintaining stock parity across all platforms.
• Lead the process of listing new products and onboarding the company to new Q-Commerce or marketplace channels as required.
