E-commerce Operations Executive
Position
The E-commerce Operations Executive will play a key role in the KR eCommerce department and support the Assistant Operations Manager in improving operational efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with the Retail/Boutiques team, Logistics/Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Client Service Center, Finance, 3PLs, and payment service providers.
Job responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse inbound/outbound operations and ensure efficient order processing through OMS.Partner closely with the Retail and Boutique Operations teams to support the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders from omni-channel services, such as Longtail, Order from Store, and Pick-up at Store.Handle day-to-day customer service and repair operations in coordination with the Client Service Center and Quality Assurance team.Act as the key contact point for c...
