An E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing a company's online sales channels, including e-commerce websites and local marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The role focuses on driving sales, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of online stores (website and marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Plan and execute online campaigns (e.g., doubleβdigit sales like 11.11, 12.12)
- Monitor store performance, traffic, and conversion rates
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
