Marketplace & Key Account Management
Manage and grow strategic relationships with key online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).Own commercial negotiations, joint business planning (JBP), and performance tracking with marketplace partners.Drive sales growth through assortment optimisation, promotional planning, and visibility strategies.E-Commerce Enabler Collaboration
Partner closely with external e-commerce enablers ,supporting platform execution, analytics, and operational delivery.Oversee agency performance across store operations, merchandising, digital content, and campaign execution.Ensure alignment between brand objectives and enabler deliverables.Commercial & Performance Ownership
