Offer technical, functional and product integration support to merchant partners in order to get their checkout page, mobile app, IVR, CRM systems, etc. integrated with BANK’s Payment Gateways & other web/mobile based acquiring products in a seamless and error free manner.
Provide technical pre-sales support by accompanying product & sales team to meetings with prospects. This would typically involve giving presentations to prospective and existing clients, providing product demonstrations, and using whiteboard sessions, all with a focus on maintaining a sales-oriented approach.
