Addiction Pet Foods is looking for a commercially driven and data-focused E-commerce & Performance Marketing Lead to lead our online growth across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and performance marketing channels.
This role will own e-commerce sales growth, paid media performance, marketplace optimization, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and digital campaign execution while protecting our premium brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead e-commerce growth strategy across marketplaces and D2C channels.
- Manage performance marketing campaigns and media budget efficiency.
- Drive ROAS, CAC, conversion, retention, and online sales growth.
- Optimize marketplace stores, product listings, campaigns, and promotions.
