E-Commerce (DTC) Associate

Job Overview

The E-Commerce (DTC) Associate will be part of the User Operations Department, supporting the day-to-day operations of the CHAGEE App and direct-to-consumer (DTC) business in Indonesia. This role is responsible for supporting app-related initiatives, membership operations, CRM activities, and voucher implementation to support member engagement, customer experience, and DTC business performance.

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of app initiatives, membership mechanics, and customer touchpoints across the CHAGEE App ecosystem.
