In this role, you will collaborate with the HR team and regional leadership to create and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. You’ll contribute to the development of the employee value proposition, diversify applicant sources, and innovate recruitment processes. Engaging social media to reflect the employer brand will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will reporting on recruitment outcomes.
