In this position, you’ll be responsible for managing a territory of small to mid-sized businesses, ensuring they realize the full potential of Rise’s comprehensive people management solutions. Your success hinges on self-sourcing leads and effectively utilizing modern sales tools, all while demonstrating a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business through targeted outreach and prospecting
• Work collaboratively with inbound lead sources from marketing
• Maintain CRM activities and sales processes in HubSpot
• Present business cases and product demonstrations effectively
• Accurately forecast and document customer planning data
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a consultative role
