Oversee and optimize the entire dyeing process to ensure consistent color accuracy, fabric quality, and production efficiency.
Manage and troubleshoot dyeing machinery and equipment (reactive, jet, exhaust dyeing machines) to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.
Develop and implement dyeing recipes and color‑matching formulas, taking into account fabric type, dye classes, and desired shades to achieve required color fastness.
Conduct thorough quality control checks at each stage of the dyeing process, including color assessment, shade matching, and fabric inspection to identify and rectify defects.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Textile Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in textile dyeing, with a focus on reactive dyeing and/or other relevant dyeing techniques.
