Position Overview
Responsibilities - Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering, and solution workshops.
- Design and present strong Dynamics365 CRM/ERP solution architecture aligned to customer needs.
- Demonstrate product capabilities through presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Develop technical and commercial proposals, estimations, and response documents for RFP, RFQ, RFI.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for solution feasibility and project transition.
- Identify opportunities for extending solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps.
- Support sales teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle and contribute to deal closures.
- Stay updated with Microsoft product enhancements and industry trends.
