Position Overview
(What the role is) The Development Control and Licensing Division (DCLD) incorporates environmental considerations into land use planning and development control of new developments and ensures that proposed developments comply with environment health and pollution control requirements. DCLD also processes NEA licences which covers areas such as pollution control, waste management, public cleansing, vector control and fumigation. You will be part of a team that carries out environmental planning and control so that environmental factors are being incorporated for proposed developments/projects.
