Identify and gather all the inputs to the project finance model by conducting market & product research, competitor analysis, studying the proposals/contracts, and partnering with the cross-functional leadership team.
Take the lead in creating the detailed project finance model through number crunching and analysis. This includes creating forward-looking projections for 25 years (the life of a renewable asset).
Support the capital raise due diligence process by walking the investors through the financial model and managing the data room.
